Individual Rail Journey through Scotland
From Amsterdam I flew to Edinburgh, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, watched actors and street artists in the Royal Mile, was in the castle and the Scottish Parliament, and travelled with the Britrail ticket, which even included trips on ferries and buses, to Glasgow ( cathedral and old cemetery Necropolis), then to Oban, from there to the islands of Mull, Staffa, Iona and Skye, to the Harry Potter train on the viaduct of Glenfinnan, by boat on Loch Ness and to Pitlochry. The map gives a small overview of the trip, which I report with many photos.
